4. Audio File Handling

Your audio files are uploaded to our secure servers for processing. Files are stored temporarily to complete the requested operation and make exports available for download. Processed files are retained for 30 days, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.

We do not listen to, share, or distribute your audio files. Access to uploaded content is restricted to automated processing systems and is not reviewed by human staff unless you contact support regarding a specific file.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
